Minor differences between product images and the product received do not constitute defects.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying:

9. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, Elexbot reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

 

10. Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.

Whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

A GST invoice will be provided where applicable.

 

11. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Elexbot does not store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or online banking credentials.

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

 

12. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders are accepted only after:

• Payment verification
• Stock confirmation
• Fraud prevention checks (where applicable)
• Internal order verification

Elexbot reserves the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch.

 

13. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled and shall instead be governed by the applicable Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

Elexbot may cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraud
• Regulatory requirements
• Technical or operational issues

Any eligible refund for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method or another appropriate method.

 

14. Shipping

Orders are shipped within India only.

Processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, and courier services are governed by the separate Shipping Policy available on our website.

Delivery estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

 

15. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, replacements, refunds, warranty claims, and non-returnable products are governed exclusively by the separate Return, Refund & Warranty Policy published on the website.

Customers are encouraged to read that policy carefully before placing an order.

 

16. Electronic Components

Raw electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, MOSFETs, diodes, connectors, passive components, semiconductors, and similar items are supplied for use by technically competent individuals.

These products are highly sensitive to handling, soldering, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and operating conditions.

Returns, replacements, and refunds for such products are governed by the Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

24. Indemnification
